Waste In Place
Activities for K - 8th Grade Students
Waste in Place is a curriculum that was designed by Keep America Beautiful, in coordination with experienced teachers to fit into increasing educational standards and optimize S.T.E.A.M. learning objectives.
Keep Pensacola Beautiful offers 11 of these activities for grades K-8. Our trained staff and volunteers will engage the kids with hands-on projects that focus on litter awareness and prevention, community engagement, recycling habits, and even composting! Our curriculum can be tailored to supplement your lesson plan and education level.
